Abstract

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrioma.Methods:85 patients of ovarian endometrioma were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of the control group were treated with laparotomy surgery,45 cases of the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,the clinical situation of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,there were significant differences between two groups(P0.05).No serious postoperative complications occurred in two groups.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrioma has satisfactory curative effect and conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,it is worth popularizing.
