Abstract
Endometriosis is a severe illness that affects 1 in every 10 women worldwide. Currently, there is no known cure for it, but appropriate medicine can help to reduce the symptoms.
\n
\nThe research topic focuses on improving nursing interventions for endometriosis patients in healthcare settings. The goal of the thesis is to provide better care for endometriosis patients. The authors analyzed the data using a thematic analysis method while conducting a qualitative literature review study. To meet the requirements of these patients, a multidisciplinary approach involving medical specialists, endometriosis patients, and their support systems is required. Nurses play a vital role in this approach because they provide complete care that considers the condition's social, emotional, and physical aspects.
\n
\nAccording to a study, improving nurses' understanding of endometriosis and raising public awareness about the condition to help patients with the illness is essential. A good patient-nurse connection is crucial for accurate assessment, treatment, and enhanced nursing interventions.
