The Analysis of Effect in the Treatment of Endometriosis by Oral Gestrinone after Laparoscopy

Objective To observe the effect in the treatment of endometriosis by Oral gestrinone after laparoscopy.Methods Make a retrospective analysis of 60 endometrial endometriosis patient,divided into two groups and the control group 1:1,the observation group were given gestrinone after laparoscopic surgery,the control group only were given laparoscopic surgery,the dysmenorrhea,mass recurrence,pregnancy rate differences were Compared,using SPSS16.0 for statistical analysis.Results The relapse rate of observation group was 10%,the control group was 33.33%,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P0.05;the total effective rate of observation group was 90%,the control group was 76.67%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P0.05;the pregnancy rate of observation group was 46.66%,the control group was 23.33%,surgery,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion Using gestrinone after laparoscopic surgery was effective control of symptoms and reduce the relapse rate and improve the pregnancy rate,incidence of adverse reactions is small,worthy of clinical use in treatment of endometriosis clinical efficacy.
