RentCarKG: A Car Rental Service Platform for Kyrgyzstan

Abstract
This research evaluates the effectiveness of RentCarKG, a localized digital platform developed to address challenges in car rental services in Kyrgyzstan. Informal booking channels dominate the market, often leading to miscommunication, inefficiency, and fraud. RentCarKG introduces structured booking flows, multilingual support, and digital trust mechanisms. We conducted a comparative experiment between manual and digital rental processes, observing booking time, failure rate, and user satisfaction.
