Clinical observation of the effect of mifepristone on refractoriness clinimacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objeetive:To evaluate the effect of mifepristone on refractoriness clinimacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:28 cases of clinimacteric dysfunctional uferine bleeding were given mifepristone:12.5 mg once daily for 6 months,observed chang of endocrine、endometrium thickness、amenia、anemic.Results:During taking medicine,all cases had been amenia. Anemic had been corrected.RIA:P FSH LH descent,E2 equal to leve of ovary follicle earlier period. after stoping medicine,8 cases enteres the amenia directly,menstruation of 13 cade became sparse,of 7 cases got instauration.Conclusion:The effect of low-dose mifepristone on refractoriness clinimacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding is dependable without obvious side effect.
