The injury of urinary system in gynecologic operation

Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze 15 cases of urinary injury in gynecologic operation for prevention and treatment.Methods:The cause,position,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of injury in 15 patients from 1990~2000 were studied.Results:There were 15 cases,0.07‰ of urinary injury for the past l0 years,of which 9 cases were ureter injury,5 cases were bladder injury 9 were ureter injury,and 1 case was urethra injury.The injury usually happened at the pelvic pathologic adhesion caused by inflammation,tumor invasion,pelvic endometriosis,old ectopic pregnancy,giant tumor impression,and abnormal anatomy.15 cases were found during the operation;they were recognized and repaired by surgery,and healed well.Conclusion:Gynecologic operations should be performe correctly,and the urinary injury should be recognize and repaire in the operation of injury.
