Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value for diagnosis of adenomyosis by transvaginal color doppler imaging.Method The transvaginal 2D image and color doppler index of 52 adenomyosis cases were analyzed combining their clinic symptoms.Result Adenomyosis was typed as small cyst, low echo piece, mix mass and diffuse lesion.CDFI showed no flow in small cyst and low echo piece, and the contrary in mix mass and diffuse lesion.PW showed high resistant character. The boundary, echo of lesion and CDFI were the differentiations of adenomyosis and hysteromyoma. Conclusions It has an important value for diagnosis of adenomyosis to combine transvaginal 2D,color doppler imaging and clinical symptoms.
