Abstract
Presently, people have minimal means of saving. And even after adopting various saving measures, people can hold very little. In this economy, the buyer does not get the desired profit even after investing in the purchase. Hence, there is a need to adopt a new concept in the economy. It will also benefit people and also strengthen the economic relationship between buyer-seller or buyer-manufacturer or buyer-processor. For this, by adopting an anti borrowing rule, the economic development of both the economy and the buyer can be possible.
