Study on Yi Wei Powder Treating Experimental Endometriosis

Abstract
Yi Wei Powder was made to treat the rabbits with experimental endometriosis.It could decrease the ectopic implants' weight,reduce the number of endometrial glands and atrophy the stroma.The results proved that Yi Wei Powder significantly decreased the concentration of thromboxane B 2,6-keto-prostaglandin F 1α and estradiol,which had been elevated by the ectopic endometriotic implants and elevated the concentration of progesterone( P 0.05).So it was revealed that Yi Wei Powder relieved pelvic pain,dyspareunia,regulated menstruation and had proconceptive effect.
