Clinical observation of An chao zhu gong yin combined with gestrinone treating endometriosis post-operation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of An chao zhu gong yin combined with gestrinone treating endometriosis post-operation. Methods 312 cases with endometriosis post-operation were selected before July 2010 randomly divided into the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine( n=92),the group with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine(n=102),the control group with western medicine(n=118).The curative effect,recurrence and pregnancy of the three groups were compared. Results All patients were followed-up for 3 years,there was no statistical difference of the total effective rate in three groups( P0.05);the recurrence rate of the group with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine was lower than that in the the control group with western medicine( χ2=5.4179,P0.05) and the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine(χ2=4.2358,P0.05),there was no statistical difference of recurrence rate between the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group with western mdeicine(χ2=0.0253,P 0.05);after 3 years,the total pregnancy rate of the group with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine washigher that in the control group with western medicine( χ2=19.9948,P0.01) and the control group with traditional Chinese medicine(χ2=11.5244,P0.01),there was no statistical difference between the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group with western mdeicine( χ2=0.7691,P 0.05). Conclusion Treating endometriosis post-operation uesd by n chao zhu gong yin combined with gestrinone can improve pregnancy rate,reduce the recurrence rate,reduce adverse reactions,and it is especially suitable for patients with breed requirement.It is worthy of clinical application and deserved further research.
