Abstract

Objective To summarize the advantages of Laparoscopy combined in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 120 patients.Results In 120 patients,65 cases of tubal obstruction;35 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease;5 cases of endometriosis;ovary in 2 cases;uterine fibroids in 2 cases;ovarian cancer in 4 cases;intrauterine adhesions in 2 cases;normal 5 cases of pelvic;In 120 patients,85 patients were followed from 6 to 42 months,42 patients have been pregnant,8 patients had birth,the rest of the pregnancy rate after the final statistics and classification are still under follow-up.Conclusions Hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery has a shorter operative time,less damage,quick recovery,and in one doanesthesia,can do a comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis,has high economic efficiency,safe and reliable operation,were more acceptable,worthy of application.
