A Clinic Analysis on 67 Cases of Adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective:Investigating the clinical characteristic of adenomyosis to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and then improve diagnostic level.Methods:A retrospectively review of clinical data was made on 67 cases with adenomyosis in our department Results:In the 67 cases,33 patients(49.25%) have secondary dysmenorrhea and 19 patients(28.36%) have menstrual disorder,42 cases(62.68%) were diagnosed as adenomyosis before operation,13 cases(19.40%) are aterine mgoma, 7 cases(10.44%) are dysfuacfional wterine bleeding,4 cases(5.97%) are endometriosis and 1 case(1.49%) is tamor of the ovary.Conclusion:The total misdiagnosis rate reach 37.31 %(25/67), so it is essential to strengthen the diagnostic ability and increase the right rate.
