Abstract
Objective To evaluate the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of ureteral endometriosis. Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment approaches of three patients with ureteral endometriosis were collected and analyzed. All cases were percformed with active follow- up for one year. Results Ureteral endometriosis shows no typical clinical manifestations and without specificity. The diagnosis relies mainly on histopathologic examination and early treatment is crucial for the patients. Conclusions We should enhance the understanding of the ureteral endometriosis in clinically and be acquainted with its etiology,mechanism and clinical characteristics.Actions should be taken in order to reduce the damage caused by ureteral endometriosis.
