Abstract
Objective:to observe effect of Quyikang on VEGF expression in Emdometrium and endometriotic tissue in rats and explore the probable mechanisms.Methods:40 female SD rats divided into four groups,A group is control group,B,C and D groups are established of endometriosis modle rat.A,B groups were fed with 0.9%Nacl,C group was fed with Danazol fliud,D group fed with Quyikang fliud,After four weeks, all rats were skilled at the metaestrs stages.VEGF expression in Emdometrium and endometriotic tissue of each group were analyzed by immunohistochemistry mdthod. Results:compared with modle groups, the endometriotic tissue's volume of Quyikang group and Danazol group were also obviously reduced(P0.05,P0.05),compared with Danazol group,VEGF expression in endometriotic tissue of Quyikang group wasn't obviously reduced(p0.05).Conclusion:Quyikang could inhibit the growth and proliferation of endometriotic tissue in rats modle, and eliminate the neovascular networks on the surface of transplants:VEGF expression in endometriotic tissue was obviously reduced by Quyikang treatment.
