Abstract
This document presents the OCEAN-ELRM Question Set, a personality evaluation tool developed as part of a broader cognitive framework integrating elements of Dual Process Theory and systems thinking. Building upon the established OCEAN (Big Five) personality model, this extended version introduces additional layers inspired by the ELRM (Emotional-Logical Relational-Motivational) subsystem structure: an original model identifying 11 interacting cognitive subsystems. The goal of this tool is to explore personality through the lens of subsystem dynamics, offering a nuanced understanding of individual behavioral tendencies and emotional-cognitive balance. The question set is designed for qualitative exploration and hypothesis generation, and may be applicable in contexts such as self-reflection, narrative therapy, psychoanalytic dialogue, or experimental validation.Although developed through informal research and observation, the tool is intended for further refinement through interdisciplinary collaboration. Researchers and clinicians interested in experimental personality models or hybrid frameworks are encouraged to provide feedback or explore adaptation.
