Where Is India Heading in COVID-19?: Future State and Management Analysis

Abstract
The research paper aims to study the COVID-19 situation of India. The current situation of the COVID19 such as confirmed cases, death cases, number of samples tested per million various states, number of cases in different states, the role of Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi in COVID-19 counts and they are impacting the total counts of COVID-19 cases in Indian sub-continent. Also, we discuss the number of samples tested per million in India and the percentage of positive cases per 100 tests in various countries and states of India. Since the number of cases is being increased, the possible contributors to the high number of cases discussed. FORECAST.ETS technique has been used to forecast the future state of India in terms of positive cases and death cases up to 31 August 2020. Finally, the possible and feasible solutions that can bring the lights to control the pandemic has been discussed.
