Abstract
Results of the research based on observation over 140 women aged from 42 till 62 years, who suffers from urogenital disturbances are presented. Purpose : to define efficiency of complex therapy at the women of climacteric age suffering from urogenital disorders and pelvic pains. Materials : 140 women aged from 42 till 62 years suffering from urogenital disturbances; the 1 st group (70 patients) received only peroral antibacterial therapy (Fosfomitsin, Ouro-Vaksom), the 2 nd group (70 patients) received local reparation intravesical and vaginal therapy (Depantol, Urogial). Observation over the patients was carried out within 6 months. Results. Significant improvement of microcirculation mucous bladder and vagina and elimination of syndrome of pelvic pain is registered at the patients receiving complex urogynecological therapy. Conclusions. It is established that complex therapy allows stopping more effectively the symptoms of urogenital disturbances and considerably increasing of life quality at women in postmenopause.
