Abstract
External genital endometriosis is associated with increase of immunosuppressive cytokines IL-10 and TGFB concentration in blood serum. High level of IL-10 is associated to genotype AA and allele A of С-592A polymorphism IL10 gene, and TGFB to genotype TT and allele T of С-509Т polymorphism TGFB gene. Female bearers of the given genotypes AA polymorphism С-592Agenes IL10 and TT polymorphism С-509Т genes TGFB are rather more statistically amenable to genital endometriosis in comparison to salutary females.
