Количественный морфологический анализ миометрия матки первородящих женщин с физиологической родовой деятельностью

The quantitative light optical investigations of myometrium in women uterus during first labor with normal physiological activity were made. The ages of 5 women were from 20 to 38 years. The tissue and cells components of myometrium were estimated. Were measured tissue components, cell components, and amount smooth muscle cells in microscopic fields. It was shown that the main components of the myometrium were smooth muscle fibers, connective tissue elements and microvessels. Also it was shown that smooth muscle cells had different blue colors and we can see light, dark and transitional types of muscles cells. There were intergroups variations for all quantitative parameters. These data are basically for the future estimation of the same parameters for women with pathological labor.
