Сравнительные эпидемиологические наблюдения больных с диагнозом "миома матки" в Новосибирске и Кемерове

The paper presents a comparative epidemiologi-cal study of two female groups with uterine myoma, living in Novosibirsk and Kemerovo. The age of pri-mary diagnosis was in the range of 40 to 60 years. Women engaged in intellectual pursuits showed the highest level of incidence. Most of women in groups had the menopause later than 50 years. The over-whelming majority of the studied patients had asso-ciated gynecological diseases, mostly inflammatory of uterus and adnexa. Cardiovascular, gastrointesti-nal and metabolic diseases were the main associated somatic impairments in all studied groups.
