Influence on the effect of psychological intervention on the treatment of patients with endometriosis after operation

Objective To discuss the clinical value and significance of psychological intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients with endometriosis after operation. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected and were divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the intervention group were given the psychological intervention.The psychological state of patients of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The internationally and generally used Zung Scale(SAS and SDS)was used to assess the anxiety and depression symptoms.The SAS and SDS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS score (45.5±1.5) and SDS score (40.5±1.1) of the intervention group after treatment half a year later was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the treatment effect of endometriosis after operation and improve the anxiety and depression status of patients.
