Beckenraum auf. H�ufig sind dabei die Eierst�cke betroffen und die Endometriose kann eine Ursache von Unfruchtbarkeit bei Frauen sein. Die tief infiltrierende Endometriose, mit Infiltration in den Darm kann in einem hohen Prozentsatz zu erheblichen Symptomen w�hrend der Menstruation f�hren. Material und Methoden: Im Rahmen einer interdisziplin�ren Kooperation der Altonaer Tagesklinik und der Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie werden Patientinnen mit tiefinfiltrierender Endometriose evaluiert und gemeinsam laparoskopisch operiert. Ergebnisse: Im Zeitraum vom Januar 2010 bis zum August 2011 wurden an der Asklepiosklinik Hamburg und der Altonaer Tagesklinik 692 Patientinnen wegen einer Endometriose operiert. Davon litten 152 Patientinnen unter der tiefinfiltrierenden Form (22%). Bei insgesamt 18 Patientinnen wurde eine Mitresektion von Darmanteilen erforderlich. Dies betraf vorranging das Rektum mit 17 Patientinnen und eine Patientin mit Befall des Coecalpols. Es erfolgten 10 laparoskopische anteriore Rektumresektionen sowie 7 Darmwandresektionen und eine Ileococalresektion. Schlussfolgerung: Die Interdisziplin�re Kooperation ist ein wesentlicher Baustein in einem Endometriosezentrum. Bei tiefinfiltrierenden Endometriose ist eine Darmresektion in einem substantiellen Anteil der Patientinnen erforderlich.
