Abstract

Zur Ablation von Endometrioseherden kommt im Rahmen der Laparoskopie üblicherweise die Elektrodiathermie zum Einsatz. Problematisch ist diese Behandlung jedoch bei Läsionen an empfindlichen Strukturen wie dem Darm oder der Blase. Die Koagulation mittels eines Helium-Plasmas bietet hier eine höhere Sicherheit.
