Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic diagnosis and operations in endometriosis associated with infertility. Methods Ovariocystectomy, adhesiotomy, electrocoagulation, salpingoplasty and hydrotubation were completed by video laparoscopic operations in 83 cases of endometriosis associated with infertility. Results A total of 54 cases out of 83 endometriosis cases diagnosed by laparoscopy were also confirmed by pathological diagnosis.41 cases were followed up for 4~21 months after operations, with the postoperative pregnancy rate of 58.54% and symptomatic remission rate of 90.24%.Recurrence was found in 2 cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic operations, characterized by minimal invasion and better clinical effect, can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility.
