Abstract

Objective: To investigate the serum of level CA125 in the prediction of patients with endometriosis associated infertility.Method: 50 patients in our hospital from Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2012. The relationship between serum CA125 level at different phases with EFI was analyzed. And serum CA125 level in pregnancy group and failure group was analyzed. Result: The serum CA125 level was positive with infertility( P0.05).The serum CA125 level of one month after the operation in pregnancy group was higher than that in the failure group( P0.05).Conclusion: The serum CA125 level of one month after the operation predicts the possible pregnancy outcome,CA125 Values is more than 22ku / L would be considered as less likely to conceive,but not predict the recurrence.
