Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of conventional high-frequency ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign gallbladder deseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of the B ultrasonography diagnostic data of 210 cases confirmed by pathological examination of the gallbladder benign lesions in our hospital from February 2013 to December2014. Summarize the kinds of benign gallbladder disease and analyse the B-ultrasonic images characteristics of each kind and calculate its diagnostic accuracy rate. Results Among the 210 patients with benign lesions of the gallbladder, 75 cases(35.71%) had gallbladder polyps and 32 cases(15.24%) had acute cholecystitis and 98 cases(46.67%) had gallstones and 5 cases(2.38%) had gallbladder adenomyosis hyperplasia. The B ultrasound diagnosis accuracy rates of gallbladder polyps, acute cholecystitis, gallstones, gallbladder adenomyosis hyperplasia were 90.67%(68 cases), 84.69%(83 cases), 93.75%(30 cases), 80.00%(4 cases),respectively. The display rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with conventional high-frequency ultrasound is higher than conventional abdomen ultrasound in Romania- Aschoff sinus. Conclusion The B-diagnostic accuracy rate of Gallbladder benign lesions is higher, and could be used as the preferred diagnostic method. For gallbladder adenomyosis hyperplasia, routine abdominal ultrasound combined with high-frequency ultrasound has a high diagnostic value.
