Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention in the post-operative care of gynecologic oncology.Method:84 cases of gynecological cancer patients hospitalized in author’s hospital from November 2009 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object in this article.The data before and after different interventions was taken for a comparative analysis.Result:The effect of psychological intervention in the post-operative care of gynecologic oncology was better,and the clinical significance was obvious.From the research point of view,it also further confirmed the above view:The scores of anxiety,depression(SAS,SDS)without psychological intervention before surgery were compared,and P 0.05,the difference was without statistical significance.The anxiety,depression(SAS,SDS),the average score results after the implementation of different interventions in the two groups of patients after surgery for the two groups were compared,the psychological intervention group was better than the non-intervention control group, P 0.05,there was statistical significant difference.Conclusion:In the process of post-operative care of gynecologic oncology,psychological intervention can achieve better clinical results.It has an important clinical significance and role.
