Оптимизация лечения хронического эндометрита у женщин с гиперпластическими процессами эндометрия в перименопаузе

Sixty-four patients aged 45-55 (48,12 ± 2,15 years) with simple and complex endometrial hyperplasia without atypia associated with chronic endometritis were enrolled into a comprehensive clinical and laboratory study. We developed a two-step method for the treatment of chronic endometritis. The two-step evidence-based method has proved effective in the treatment of chronic endometritis in perimenopausal women with endometrial hyperplasia.
