Abstract
Endometriosis is a chronic estrogen-dependent inflammatory disorder affecting 2%–10% of women of reproductive age, often causing dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, and dyspareunia that severely impair quality of life. Despite guideline-recommended long-term management with medication, surgery, and psychotherapy, pain remains difficult to control due to imprecise assessment, limited treatment options, and high relapse rates. Digital health technologies refer to digital technologies that enable the provision of remote health-related services to patients. This study synthesizes and analyzes existing research on the use of digital health technologies in pain management for patients with EMS, aiming to provide insights for further research in this field and the optimization of clinical practice.
