Urinary endometriosis (Report of 3 cases)

Purpose:To probe into the dignostic and therapeutic methods of urinary endometriosis.Method:Clinical data of 3 cases of urinary endometriosis were analysed retrospectively.including B ultrasonic,CT,cystoscopy fenineity physical examination.Result:2 cases were diagnosed preoperatively,one case was discavered intraoperatively.All were proved by biopsy diagnosis.The postoperative effects were satisfactory with no complication and no recrudescence.Conclusion:Diagnosis of urinary endometriosis depends on cystoscopy or celioscopy or exploration.Medical history must be inquired carefully.Cure of urinary endometriosis was chosed by the positon at vesicae or ureter.
