Abstract

This reflective piece explores the workplace experiences of women diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Endometriosis. Using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, the study highlights issues of stigma, lack of support, and inadequate accommodations in professional settings. Recommendations include inclusive healthcare, flexible policies, and sensitivity training to promote workplace equity.
