Endometriosis Patient Preoperative Psychological Intervention Research

Objective To study the psychological intervention to endometriosis patients preoperative and postoperative nervous at the influence of medical behavior.Methods Select hospital from May 2008 to July 2010 were parallel the surgical treatment of 80 cases of patients with within the film,and it will randomly divided into the experimental group(n=45 cases) and control group(n=35 cases),the preoperative psychological intervention and control group to not give psychological intervention before,in the 7 day adopts internationally Zung scale(SAS: SDS) rating,and in the light of the two groups of preoperative and postoperative nervous as medical behavior and related indexes were compared.Results Two groups of the score after contrast found that,and the line after contrast found that psychological intervention preoperative nervous after number lower than those of the control group(P0.05),as the medical rate than in control group(P0.05).The experimental group do psychological nursing intervention measures SAS: before and after the SDS score comparison,psychological intervention score after reduced significantly and patient anxiety depression improved.Conclusion The endometriosis patients perioperative period in patients with psychological intervention can improve the anxiety depression,can rise to consolidate curative effect,promote the physical and mental rehabilitation operation to the important role of re-lapse.
