Abstract
Objective:To explore the procedures and clinical value of laparoscopic assistant vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods:Thirty-two cases of uterine myoma,adenomyosis,functional uterine bleeding and cervical atypical hyperplasia underwent LAVH from January 2004 to October 2005 in our hospital.Results:LAVH was successful performed in 96.9 %( 31/32) of the cases.Transabdominal operation was preformed in only 1 case.Conclusions:The advantages of LAVH are minimal injury,little pain and fast recovery.
