Abstract

Die Anwendung des Interferenzstromverfahrens nach Nemec wurde während einer Heilkur bei Frauen mit chronischer Adnexitis oder Adhäsionsbeschwerden nach gynäkologischer Operation erprobt. Eine standardisierte Kombination bestehend aus Moorpackungen, aktiver Therapie und Mittelfrequenzstrom brachte gute Behandlungsergebnisse. Das Interferenzstromverfahren nach Nemec ist gut verträglich und kann zur konservativen Behandlung gynäkologischer Krankheiten empfohlen werden.

Summary The use of the interference current method according to Nemec was tested during a therapeutic cure in females with chronic adnexitis or adhesion complaints following gynecological operations. A standardized combination of pead packs, active therapy and medium frequency current was followed by good therapeutical success. The interference current method according to Nemec is well tolerated and can be recommended for conservative treatment of gynecological diseases.
