Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of Mifepristone on changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and CA125 expression in patients with postoperative recurrence of endometriosis.Methods Form January 2005 to January 2009 in Shanghai Fifth People's Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University,all postoperative recurrence of endometriosis cases enrolled were 50 cases.All cases were given Mifepristone.The treatment lasted for three months.The adverse reactions and serum levels of E2,P,VEGF and CA125 level were observed.Results After treatment,dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea was improved in patients with postoperative recurrence of endometriosis-associated,the level of E2 was keeping in follicular phase,and less the side effects decreased.Compared with before treatment,the level of VEGH and CA125 were lower,there were statistically significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone in treatment of postoperative recurrence of endometrial ectopic patients has fewer side effects,high security,accessible,fewer complications,and stopping ovulation function recovery after fast,VEGF and CA125 levels are postoperative recurrence of endometriosis-associated monitoring indexes.
