Effect of Prescription of Added Ingredient,Dissolving Lumps and Relieving Pain on the Ultrastructure of Rats with Endometriosis

Objective:To provide experimental basis in the treatment of endometriosis(EM) with prescription of added ingredient,dissolving lumps and relieving pain(PADR) by investigating the effect of this prescription on changing the ultrastructure of ectopic endometrium tissue of rats with endometriosis.Methods:The rats model with EM were established by the operation of transplantation of their endometriums,then were divided into treatment group(treated with PADR) and control group(treated with danazol).The changes of ultrastructure of ectopic endometrium tissue were observed by transmission electron microscope.Results:The ultrastructure of ectopic endometrium tissue treated with this prescription was changed the most obvious among the model,control and treatment groups.Conclusion:Prescription of added ingredient,dissolving lumps and relieving pain changes the ultrastructure of ectopic endometrium tissue to reach the therapeutic aim.
