DFD and Pregnant Three Ketene Combined with Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Endometriosis Randomized Parallel Controlled study

[Objective]to observe the DFD and pregnant three ketene combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of moderate to severe endometriosis curative effect.[Methods]using randomized controlled Methods,152 cases of patients in our hospital were divided randomly into three groups.Operation group of 52 patients using epidural anesthesia,according to the different age differences in patient and on fertility requirements,respectively,stripping resection or unilateral ovarian,electric coagulation or resection and pelvic ectopic foci,lysis of pelvic adhesions,tubal hydrotubation on chocolate cyst of ovary,the pelvic cavity through repeated washing after physical salt water,for the prevention of pelvic adhesion can be put into the anti adherent.1 weeks of regular group 52 cases,pregnant three ketene,2.5mg/times,2 times/14d.The treatment group of 52 cases after 15 days ago,Dan e Fukang decocted extract 15g/,2/d,oral,menstrual period does not stop drug.Operation and Western medicine in the treatment of the same operation group and control group.The three groups were continuous treatment with 120d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,vaginal bleeding,weight gain,liver function damage,hemorrhoids,adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.All patients were followed up for 1 years.[Results]the treatment group 44 cases,effective in 2 cases,recurrence in 6 cases,the total efficiency of 88.46%.The operation of 25 cases markedly effective,effective in 4 cases,recurrence in 23 cases,the total efficiency of 55.77%.The conventional group 30 cases,effective in 3 cases,recurrence in 19 cases,the total efficiency of 63.46%.The efficacy of the treatment group is better than the operation group and the normal group(P 0.05).Adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than the operation group and the normal group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]DFD and pregnant three ketene combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of moderate to severe endometriosis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
