Abstract

A 55-year-old female patient with liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma was treated with cefminox sodium for two times because of peritonitis. During the treatments, severe coagulopathy occurred, and the coagulation function quickly recovered after stopping the drug. The diagnosis and treatment of this patient provides us with ideas for dealing with similar problems in clinical practice in the future.
