Общая магнитотерапия возможности коррекции клеточного звена иммунитета при воспалительной гинекологической патологии и у пациенток, перенесших гинекологические операции

The study included 220 patients with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of female internal genitalia inflammatoty (IDFIG) and 100 patients, who had undergone planned surgeries. 170 women were were also treated with general magneto-therapy (rotating and runing magnetic field). As a result of addition of general magneto-therapy to the traditional treatment regimens, considerable positive effect was observed in terms of quick elimination of pain syndrome, body temperature and sleep were normalized. Study of cellular immunity showed an increase in CD4+, CD8+ and also in the immuno-regulatory index TH / TS. The levels of activated T-lymphocytes (CD25) also showed an decrease tendency. In patients who underwent only the conventional treatment regimen without general magneto-therapy, the abovementioned clinical and laboratory parameters were insignificantly increased.
