Clinical Observation and Prevention of Different Methods in the Treatment of Abdominal Wall Endometrioma

Abstract

Objective To compare the clinic effects of different methods in the treatment of abdominal wall endometrioma and investigate the preventive measures of the disease.Methods From December 2009 to November 2010 in our hospital,76 patients of abdominal wall endometrioma were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(38 cases) adopted by conventional surgery,the observation group(38 cases) adopted by drug therapy on the basis of the control group,the therapeutic condition of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.4%,significantly higher than 78.9% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the serum CA125 were significantly lower,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The drug therapy on the basis of conventional surgery in the treatment of abdominal wall endometrioma has satisfactory clinical effects,much better than surgical treatment alone.
