The levels of sex hormone, prolactin and sex steroid-binding globulin in the tissue of the husteromyoma and adenomyosis at the independent and combined development of pathologies was investigated. In the case of simultaneous development of two disorders, hormonal background adenomiose tissue practically does not change, but the local hormonal status is converted in husteromyoma. The combined development of the two estrogen dependent pathologies, adenomyosis provided significant influence on myoma, subjecting and reconstructing its local hormonal status, manifested in the decline of estrone and increase the concentration of free estriol, as well as reducing SSG indicators in some patients. Hormones of adenomiose and myoma tissue during combined development of the two disorders may create premorbid background for rebirth and malignancy tissue of the uterus.
