Abstract

Summary A search of the literature has failed to reveal previous reports of obstructed labour due to stromal endometriosis or sarcoma. Such a case is here recorded. A biopsy was taken at Caesarean section and hysterectomy four weeks later confirmed endometrial sarcoma.
