Letter to the Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court Addressing Caste-Based Labour in the Pandemic

This letter was written to the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court to address the caste-based labour recruitment practice of the Government of West Bengal. In particular, the letter speaks of caste -based recruitment of people from the Dome community to dispose off the bodies of COVID-19 victims. In addition to the letter, the document also includes the impugned Government Orders and a couple of studies on the very issue taken up by the media.
