Abstract
With the shortage of fossil fuels and environmental pollution, traditional butanol and C4 olefins must be developed as green, sustainable and alternative energy sources for the preparation of industrial chemicals. Ethanol molecules can be prepared using catalysts, are widely available and are environmentally friendly. Therefore, itis of great significance and to explore the process conditions for the preparation of ethanol-coupled C4 olefins. According to the different situations of each problem, this study first uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of the catalyst combination, and builds a nonlinear regression model. The FCM-RBF network modeling method was than compared with the corresponding analysis method and cytogenetic algorithm, and the relationship between the ethanol conversion rate and catalyst combination was obtained. Furthermore, combined with the critical solution method and niche genetic algorithm, an optimization model was established for the highest C4 olefin yield, and the theoretical maximum value of the C4 olefin yield was obtained.
