Abstract
Abstract Under high hydraulic pressure, the seepage field has a significant effect on the damage to shield tunnel concrete linings, leading to reduced safety during operation. In this paper, a seepage-damage coupling model is established using ABAQUS to analyze the mechanical properties of the lining structure under high hydraulic pressure, revealing the process of damage-seepage-stress and deformation changing-damage aggravating-seepage aggravating in the lining. The simulation results demonstrate that the stress and deformation will increase, the magnitude and extent of the damage of segments will enlarge because of coupling of seepage and damage when the damage occurs in the exterior of the lining. The disadvantageous effects on the lining need to be considered because of coupling of seepage and damage.
