Abstract
We present a case of a woman who underwent a seemingly uncomplicated rollerball endometrial ablation. She became unwell 4 days after the procedure. Ultrasound and computed tomography (CT) scans confirmed the presence of pelvic and hepatic abscesses. A right Bartholin's abscess was also found at this time and was subsequently marsupialized.
