Diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis in adolescence,pregnancy and postmenopausal women

The pathogenesis of adolescence EM which clinical symptoms were mostly non-periodic or periodic abdominal pain was similar to adult EM. Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment was the first choice of operation ,assisted drug therapy should be used after operation,oral contraceptives was the first-line drug,GnRH-a should be used with caution under the age of 16 younger.The primary treatment of pregnancy EM was conservative observation,if had the cyst rupture,infection or suspicious malignant ,surgical exploration should be operated as soon as possible. The clinical manifestation of post-menopausal EM was atypical and the appropriate treatment was surgery.
