Comparision of Therapeutical Effect of Gestrinone and desogestrel-chip ethinglestradiol on Endometriosis

Objective To compare the therapeutical effect of gestrinone and marvelon in treating endometriosis.Methods 96 patients with postoperative Endometriosis were divided randomly into A,B groups which were treated with gestrinone and marvelon,respectively.The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared and the adverse effects were obversed.Results The relief rate in A group was significantly higher than that in B group,whereas the replase rate in A group markedly lower than that in B group.There were no seriously adverse effect in both groups.Conclusion Gestrinone of which effect is stronger than marvelon is a safe and effective drug in treating endometriosis.
