Abstract

This deposit contains genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for endometriosis, generated from a fixed-effects meta-analysis of UK Biobank (project ID 106528; GRCh37) and FinnGen R8 (Data Freeze 8, Fall 2021; GRCh38 liftover to GRCh37 for harmonization). The final sample comprises 239,102 individuals (20,915 cases; 218,187 controls). The file `endometriosis.sumstats.gz` includes, per variant: SNP ID, chromosome, base-pair position (GRCh37), effect allele, non-effect allele, effect-allele frequency, beta (log-odds), standard error, P value, sample size, and heterogeneity metrics. We also provide summary-level PRS scripts and outputs to reproduce figures/tables (no individual-level data).
