Abstract

The comparative results of the differential treatment of 180 women with pelvic pain syndrome due to chronic inflammatory diseases of the uterus have been presented. A new method of treatment of pelvic neuralgia – presacral neuroplegia and traditional therapy of the disease have been used. All patients before and after treatment were tested using the McGill questionnaire, visual analog, verbal rating and linear digital scales. The state of “quality of life” has been tested by the questionnaire. The study revealed an advantage in the treatment of these patients with a combination of presacral neuroplegia in combination with preventive treatment, allowing to achieve long-term (more than 2.5 years) remission of pelvic neuralgia.
